Information we use

We use the details you give us, such as your name, business, email, phone number, booking details and project requirements. Our discovery form also asks about your website, social channels and marketing goals. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or customer lists through this form.

Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages and access times when delivering and securing the site.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and booking information to answer questions and discuss our services, relying on our legitimate interests in running our business and responding to people who contact us. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, or we provide services to you under a contract, we use the information needed for that purpose. We also keep information where required to meet legal obligations.

Where consent is required for marketing or optional cookies, it must be obtained separately. Sending an enquiry does not by itself mean you agree to receive marketing. You can object to direct marketing or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be handled by providers supporting our hosting, email, booking, forms and business administration, and by professional advisers or authorities where necessary. Calendly handles online bookings. Vimeo supplies embedded video players. Links to social platforms and Surge take you to separate services with their own privacy information.

These services may process information outside the UK. Any transfer we arrange must use an applicable UK adequacy decision or other lawful safeguard, such as approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies and embedded content

This site uses temporary browser session storage to manage page transitions. It is removed when used or when the browser tab session ends. Embedded booking and video services can receive technical information and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their use is explained in the Calendly privacy notice and Vimeo privacy notice.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls offered by those services. Blocking cookies may affect how embedded features work. Browser settings do not replace any consent the website is legally required to obtain for optional technologies.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected. This depends on whether an enquiry remains active, whether it becomes a client relationship, and any accounting, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Information should then be deleted or anonymised. Contact us to ask about retention of your particular information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not need to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to help.

Changes

We may update this notice as our website or services change. The date above shows the latest revision.
